Shipping within Germany is available via prepayment, cash on delivery, PayPal Plus or authorized direct debit!

Shipping costs are based on the current DHL AG rates!

International shipments are available against prepayment only!

No backorders will be processed! If an item is not available, it must be ordered again!

Shipping Costs Overview EU & Worldwide (DHL)

Shipping costs for countries within the European Union:

19.50 € -  for parcels up to 5 KG

25.00 € -  for parcels up to 10 KG

28.50 € -  for parcels from 10 KG up to 31.5 KG

Prices are net, provided a valid foreign VAT identification number is supplied and no small business regulation applies.
 
Shipping costs for all other countries (export) are calculated based on size and weight. The 30 € displayed in the shop is only a system-related placeholder.

Complaints:

Complaints, incorrect deliveries, exchanges or defective goods must be reported in writing or by phone within 7 days after receipt of the goods!

After this period, no complaints will be accepted!
